Rounds Academy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Portuguese Law No. 58/2019 of 8 August (the Portuguese GDPR implementation law).

2. Data We Collect and Why

We collect only the data necessary to respond to your requests:

Contact form: name, email address and phone number — to respond to your enquiry or registration request.
Google Fonts: when loading the site, your IP address may be transmitted to Google LLC servers (USA) to deliver the fonts used on this website.
Google Maps: the embedded map on the contact page may transmit data (including your IP address) to Google LLC.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Consent [Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR] — by submitting the contact form, you consent to the processing of your data for the purpose of responding to your request.
Legitimate interest [Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR] — for the use of Google Fonts and Google Maps in the normal operation of the website.

4. Data Retention

Data submitted through the contact form is retained for the period strictly necessary to respond to your request, not exceeding 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at the address in section 1.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data collected through our forms is processed directly on our server and sent by email for the exclusive use of Rounds Academy.

Google LLC may receive technical data (IP address) via Google Fonts and Google Maps. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies

This site does not use its own tracking or analytics cookies. Google may set technical cookies associated with Google Fonts or Google Maps. The consent banner shown on your first visit records your acceptance via your browser's localStorage, with no data sent to any external server.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access — know what data we hold about you.
Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
Restriction — limit processing in certain circumstances.
